Dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. Setup process is not very difficult and works well for small teams. Remote support feature is fast and reliable. It helps save time in daily IT tasks Atera is best IT management tool I have used so far. It has all in one RMM, PSA and ticketing in single platform. As a MSP we handle huge number of hosts, this makes great tool to work with and even our client have positive feedback. Customization and automation is very easy and works efficiently. Even customer support is helpful to any problems. Atera is an IT management platform with RMM, ticketing, patching, and AI tools for streamlined workflows. Atera offers help desk and ticketing feature where issues can be resolved quickly. Atera provides patch management feature that is very important. It is fast to access and control remote devices with Atera. Atera offers several benefits, especially for IT professionals and managed service providers: 1.
