Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Setup was easy, support is really good, and maintenance management at our organization is way better than it was before. Much less paperwork now that we use Asset Essentials. Cons A bit of a learning curve but not bad at all and understandable since the software allows us to do so much	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love IBM Maximo's simplified licensing on which we need to pay only for what actually we use. It also allows us to customize the system according to our business model. Cons The only thing that I dislike about IBM Maximo is the setup process. We need an expert to help with the installation process and it is a time-consuming process.
