Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The updated and more robust intake system is excellent. Neos is cloud-based and can be accessed from any computer. The "@user" tagging feature that can be used from the Notes section of cases. Works well when it isn't going slow. Love that you are able to work on files and it saves automatically. Love the report section on creating different reports. Task prompts to work the case. Organization. Generating docs. integration with emails and text. TEXTING and EMAILING. Needles Neos Checklist is very useful to use to check the things you have already completed and you can keep a tab on it and the easy to navigate. Easy to get through, find information, customer service is easy to reach when there is an issue. The system is fast to click through and find what you are needing. I just feel this system is super easy to use and user friendly. Cons Load times are often extremely slow, and attempting to run searches often causes the software to crash. Sometimes it goes slow. Gets stuck from time to time. Can't save a pdf to file without having it open. Too many coding problems with templates. Some feature on Needles like the templates should be easier to obtain and add. I don't have any bad things to state about NEOS. Been using it for over 6 months, and I have no complaints.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros SmartAdvocate is incredibly customizable and gives us the flexibility to build workflows and processes around how our firm actually operates. It helps create consistency, keeps information organized, and gives us a central place to manage so much of our day to day work. Highly customizable and reliable. Amazing technical support at reasonable prices. I tried all the other popular apps out there. None of them come close to Smart Advocate. Easy to pick up and learn Constant new features Support is constantly helping There are daily office hours to assist live There are regular webinars to present new features that are coming This system has streamlined many processes and workflows for our firm. Tech support always helps when there is an issue All of the technology and automations. I like the fact that emails and text messages are automatically saved. I like that pictures from emails and text are automatically saved. Cons Because the system is so robust, there is definitely a learning curve. Some features can feel overwhelming at first until you understand how the different pieces work together. User interface needs a bit more of a modern refresh, but it's mostly cosmetic. Can sometimes feel a bit bloated with too many features, but you are by no means required to use them. On the other hand, better to have them than not have them. Access permission management is large and time consuming, but can give granular access Can be glitchy and the pages don't auto refresh, so there's a constant need to refresh to ensure you are working with the most up to date information (say if multiple people are working on a file) It is a lot of set up and a huge learning curve.
