	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I wanted to have my business run through an app. They were cheaper than Ginger. I wish I had chosen Ginger. Cons Staff is rude and insulting. Live Chat takes hours to respond which is terrible when you have a customer at the desk. I went all the way to the CEO I was so upset and he was just as bad as the staff. The software is glitchy and a huge waste of time. Ive lost 1,000's of dollars due to RunLoyal.
