Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The cloud based PIM solution by Amber allowed us complete flexibility in creating a template that met our very unique needs. We were able to broaden its purpose to also use it as a digital archive for our very heavy images and videos. It was super easy to use - after a tutorial from Amber team we were able to maneuver it immediately. Most of all - we liked the people at Amber. They responded immediately and had patience with us. They always followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Wonderful customer service. The portal is easy to navigate. Exports are quick. Easy to import information. Cons We liked everything - their customer service was outstanding, their pricing fair and the product works exactly as promised. Doesn't have all the features to export some sheets for a couple of my major accounts. It has a lot to offer in terms of enhancing team collaboration and streamlining document workflows. Its positive features far outweigh any minor limitations that may exist, and ImageSite remains an exceptional choice for managing and collaborating on documents. No dislikes at all. Though, we request for extension of trial version to certain long span of time so that it becomes true utility for all and serves purpose properly.
