	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The tool offers many features within a simple layout that is easy to understand and navigate. That leads to a good user experience. The tool suits businesses of all sizes, and we are the practical proof. Our team size was 10 when we first started using ProProfs, and we used to operate with 40 pages of content. 4 years down the line, we are a team of 180 and operate with 200+ content pages. The tool made it easy for us to import data from Word docs, Excel sheets, and Powerpoint presentations. The tool also provided us with an option for exporting the knowledge base as an HTML or PDF. ProProfs Knowledge Base offers several integrations with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Slack, Google Analytics, and many others. These integrations have helped us make the most of our knowledge base by using it in combination with various other tools. In our experience of 20 years, we haven’t come across a tool so simple yet so powerful and rich. Add to it the value for money it offers and the tool becomes an excellent solution for companies looking for a powerful tool that can fit their budget as well as expectations. Cons It worked fine for me and my team. No complaints as of now. The existing content templates work great, but offer fewer variations of designs.They need to add some fresh designs to their templates. We are satisfied with its performance on PC and iOS. However, the tool sometimes underperforms on Android. The tool lags in speed at times but in no time, it starts working at its usual pace. Every tool has room for improvement. So does ProProfs Knowledge Base. It would be nice to see a more advanced version of the software.
