Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros All our employees benefit from having access to their performance record, which allows ownership of their goals and objectives. Every Actus employee we have dealt with has been extremely helpful and patient with all requests we have made (and there have been many!). Since the implementation of Actus, performance management is considered more important within the organisation and employees now have clear records regarding their performance. Having the system in place has also helped embed a more regular 1-2-1 process. The Performance Dashboard is really good. We have received great feedback from employees and managers. Actus has assisted our Quarterly Review processes hugely and it has enabled us to capture specific learning and behavioural needs and ensure accountability throughout each quarter. The toolkit helps managers to better manage large and demanding teams. Cons The only con would be that I (as admin) inherited the system and at first just couldn't get my head around it. This was quickly rectified by our brilliant Account Manager who organised training, webinars and phone calls so that I now feel I can really call myself 'Actus admin'. A leavers report that includes all the leavers, leaving dates and the rest of the off boarding information would be really useful if it can be created. Currently we can export all the Inactive employees but we cannot see leave dates and the rest of the off boarding information on the excel sheet.
