About
Active Directory stores information about objects on the network and makes this information easy for administrators and users to find and use. Active Directory uses a structured data store as the basis for a logical, hierarchical organization of directory information. This data store, also known as the directory, contains information about Active Directory objects. These objects typically include shared resources such as servers, volumes, printers, and the network user and computer accounts. For more information about the Active Directory data store, see Directory data store. Security is integrated with Active Directory through logon authentication and access control to objects in the directory. With a single network logon, administrators can manage directory data and organization throughout their network, and authorized network users can access resources anywhere on the network. Policy-based administration eases the management of even the most complex network.

About
It is developed by modeling the relationships between activities and resources in the database. It results in documents compliant with the requirements of ISO 10013 - quality document guidelines and respectively the requirements of OSGG 600/2018. It allows the definition of the organization's objectives and the identification and description of risks and their centralization in the registers. The application also offers registries for all types of objects created (including by the user): documents, IT applications, objectives, activities, process interfaces, tools, knowledge, etc. Once a procedure is defined, it becomes the basis for executing the process it describes. The activity coordinator allocates participants to the process and ensures the availability of other resources. The activities are carried out according to the procedure, recording the participants as well as any other contextual information. Ending an activity is equivalent to an electronic signature.
