	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros BNTouch does a good job at database management and any time I have questions, their client services team is very responsive and helpful! It is excellent overall as a CRM. Easy for: Notes followups sending emails to both realtor and client with a touch of a button all very easy to use and setup in seconds BN touch makes following up with current and past clients so easy and efficient. This product alone has helped generate more business for me New leads automatically flow from my application to BNTouch and updates seamlessly between systems making it easy to have all info in one place. Easy to use It has full of information and very detailed. It is more convenient on both sides especially when it comes to documents and records. Cons I don't really have anything negative to say about the product. I wish it was a little cheaper. which it had categories for different type of partners. Like Divorce attorney, Lawyer, Insurance agent, Escrow officer, officer coordinator, and such So I can then send an email to that category and wish there was one text box that always stays on the top line. So when I go back to that customer I can see name of realtor, credit scores of customers, and other brief notes that will help me analysis what I need to do with that customers. nothing at all, it's truly amazing. If you are not using it now, you should be. Takes a second to get the hang of but after a few days of using it's easy. It is slow and it duplicates the names of the clients sometimes.
