Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It offers live email tracking and scanning. It very easy and reliable security tool for Microsoft 365 services. Info handling and email archiving works great. Easy to control malware URL. Security services offered, product features, service, ease of use. The signatures feature is also pretty amazing! - Quick setup - Good base deployment - Tons of settings that are tweakable - Low cost per mailbox - Very granular I like the lists of all the emails that have not been delivered. I can quickly peruse them and many times there is not one email that I want. I feel secure that what does hit my email is safe. It's a very promising platform to secure Microsoft 365 services. It covers complete business essential protection to give a reliable experience. It gives live email tracking, URL malware control and many other services. Cons It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons. I haven't yet found anything wrong with the product. -The initial release was missing a few features but that has been overcome. I had some issues with email links not opening, after they were approved, but it is looking like it's related to my virus scan and not this solution. I never encountered any problem with this platform.		Pros from Real Users Pros The signature management module is very useful since it allows to standardize the corporate signature by adding gifs, links to social media and so on This tool is highly useful in multiple ways. Features such as dynamic groups, organization-wide signatures, and internal email deletion save us hundreds of hours and prevent potential human errors. The platform is remarkably intuitive and brings much-needed unified control to Google Workspace. Instead of hunting through scattered, disconnected menus in the native Google Admin console, ToogleBox brings everything together into a single, clean dashboard. ToogleBox is a very useful and complete tool. I especially like the features it includes, such as Email Recall, which adds significant value and helps improve control and efficiency in daily operations. That emails can be archived and retrieved if/when needed from a secure location. I am not a superadmin user so my rights are limited to archiving and company signature adjustments. There's no way to begin highlighting the advantages of ToggleBox; it's an excellent tool that can be used every day and helps you solve many problems. It's essential for any system administrator, and one of its advantages is that it's always at hand when you need it. We've been using ToogleBox for the past year to manage the signatures and to manage our company directory and internal communication. Real satisfy with the product Simple to use straight forward interface, not cluttered. Excellent customer service support with design and technical issues. Easy to set up multiple email signatures, see previews, edit user information in bulk or individually, quick turn around on questions, create multiple admins as needed, worked with us to make sure the DPA would be compliant for us as an educational institution It is a solution that complements and enhanced an admin work, dynamic groups, signatures and Email search among others are tasks that normally an admin will have to spend hours and constant work to maintain in workspace but ToogleBox acts as an enhancement on those and makes it easy allowing us to use that time in other tasks and trust that those are being handled.
