Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great product, great staff, very little customization needed for the perfect fit! Easy to administer, user friendly for field personnel to utilize on tablet or phone. Everything you need to ensure your jobs are well documented and invoiced timely. Cons Only con is that we didn't find this software sooner!	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Well this app makes me look a lot smarter than i really am lol. Everything is so well integrated. You literally can't mess up and the customer service is amazing. Quick and easy for floor plans. Very easy access to previously prepped reports. Nice to work with for contents photo. I love that we are able to basically do a full inspection at the touch of a screen. Doing sketches have never been easier. There are so many things to like about using the Encircle program. It is detailed, provides the best detailed report to submit to the insurance company and provides excellent photo documentation. There are so many features to complete all the necessary information required to satisfy our customers. Everything is great would be nice if your Encircle report would automatically populate our job number so it saves to the correct CT file Cons I wish it would sync better. Sometimes i have a panic attack because my staff wont see their pictures from the day before at times. No familiar enough to fully take advantage of all the features. Every now and then my pics or videos might get stuck and won't update for hours or days. The only con is if we could complete our own equipment tracking reports. Would love to see a 360 degree view of the my jobs
