Openlawyer's läuft in unserer Kanzlei mittlerweile seit fast einem Jahr im Produktiveinsatz. Dabei hat es sich als zuverlässig, übersichtlich und damit benutzerfreundlich erwiesen. Die Auslegung als Aktenverwaltungsprogramm ohne Verknüpfung zu einem Schreibprogramm erfordert zwar doppelten Aufwand beim Pflegen der Adressbücher, bietet aber den Vorteil, dass keine Kompatibilitätsprobleme zur verwendeten Schreibsoftware auftreten können. Besonders wertvoll für Kanzleien mit mehreren Partnern ist das automatische, fortlaufende Zuweisen von Rechnungsnummern und Aktenzeichen, sowie die Möglichkeit einer Kollisionskontrolle. Fazit: Schlankes, praxistaugliches Aktenverwaltungsprogramm für kleine und mittlere Kanzleien
