Embarrassing - for me! I set up mrbs for two churches in Cheshire, England. Heard nothing from them after a week or two, so assumed they had dumped it. NINE years later, they have come back asking me to add more rooms. It has run solidly all that time! Not one problem. Amazing.

I have been using MRBS for more than 16 years at the University of RI. It perfectly meets our needs for reserving classrooms, auditoriums, and other meeting spaces for our School of Oceanography campus. It also perfectly fits our workflow, allowing our staff to review room requests for each booking. I am hoping it will continue to meet our needs beyond my retirement! :-)
