对于phev车辆，通用分母计数条件是对车辆车速有要求，为何同时要求发动机转速不能为零？以及起发动机后为何消极应答04服务也会报错？

Test 5.14 (Verify Monitor Test Results (Service 06), Engine Running) frequently warning messages like below happened because the engine had been running for 80 seconds, after some of the Mode 06 data had already updated and repopulated. Especially for Test 5.8 PROMPT : let idle for one minute. WARNING message: ECU 7E8 SID 6 MID 41 test value/limits not reset please delete this message or change the procedure for Test 5.14.
