Well guys I am opening a beta issue thread as I need some users to test the new revisions. I am unable to test all the things I write because of the lack of time mostly. It would be great if some people could take that task off me.

You probably want to keep it below 20-30mb as more would probably not work. As compress algorithm use LZMA. I am not even sure if LZMA2 works. Just try around messing with the settings.

Btw is it the same behaviour with [r212] and the new revisions? I changed a few stuff in archives too since [r212] and it might have caused that too.

I will look into the remount bug. Your codedump isnt pointing to something useful for me, so I can't do anything with it. If i can't find the bug, we would have to debug step by step to fix it.

I just remade the .7z archive with the following settings instead.

    gonna test it now.

The remount bug is fixed in [r250], no idea what changed, but it works fine now, didn't before in [r247]. Also, I'm using d2xv10r53-alt with base 38 now. I can do quick tests with SendElf if necessary.

The text is actually being written where it should be, so it's just the display that breaks.

I should also add that this is quickly fixed by scrolling all the way back.

About the keyboard. I can confirm that display bug. It also happens with the on screen keyboard and not only the USB keyboard. So it is an existing bug from before [r250]. It also doesnt happen on every text file which is why I didnt notice it before. It happens only on specific text files / formats. I will try to narrow it down and fix it.

The display bug of the keyboard that you mentioned before is also fixed now.

Report if you find anything else.

Don't know how much It could help, but here is the text file anyway. It happened after I spent about 8 minutes editing it.

...now that i think about it, it could happen that the queue runs full after entering into keyboard and exiting it and then not entering a keyboard mode for a while again. But that does not explain why it happened to you in the text editor. I will see what to do about it.

What mounts do you use all? SMB/FTP/NFS or whatever... Can you list them all here, every device you see in WiiXplorer. Maybe I am missing one.

Btw no one found any new bugs in [r253] yet???

Also, I keep a disk in the wii at all times, so that might have something to do with it. Try remounting with a disk inserted, maybe?

    I have as follows
    -A GCN Disk
-A 1TB USB HDD (WD My Passport SE w/USB 2.0)
    -A 2GB Standard SD Card
    -Settings file is default

Still unable to remount several times. I'll have to check the new reviosion soon. Was busy this weekend. I'll look later or tommorow.
