Dear Gilberto Thanks for answering Specifically the question for toll manufacturing is as follows: We do a lot of manufacturing of fabrics by yarn provided by the customer. A certain consumption of BOM is specified as per the contract before hand The yarn, i.e. Raw materials, are provided to us which we keep in our inventory for consumption The finished goods, ie fabric, is made and then dispatched to the customer At the end of the contract we conclude as to how much we consumed in terms of how much we used as defined by the BOM in the beginning Complications: We need to see inventory at all times in our stock and the same item is also purchased by us from the market So all toll manufacturered items need to be kept and maintained separately in inventory We need to see average cost of inventory in stock but if those are for toll then they are not invoiced and hence either if it's part of inventory but without a price or invoice means our average cost method would be ruined How can we keep stocks but yet not affect our average cost ? Hi, I started using weberp this week and notices a confusing issue; upon creation of a new company, I am given information that a new user "demo" is created with password "weberp". However, as it turns out, the username is "admin", not "demo". This is a tiny correction but quite helpful if you are new as I am. I could certainly make the change myself, but it takes time to setup the environment and I was thinking maybe one of you that have the setup could implement the fix? Regarding creating companies companies I would also ask if my understanding is correct of removing a company? * Remove SQL database * Remove company folder in weberp/companies/ * Remove company from drop down list by editing config.php in the web root directory. I am following svn trunk, 1) should I manually execute upgrade4.13.1-4.14.sql (or the most recent "upgradex.y.z-x.y.sql" file) every time I update from svn just in case there have been schema changes? 2) what will happen to the database when the release is made and I svn update? Also, for standartisation, it is better to use a general *.php extension. Like reduce texts to translate (e.g. "Yes", "Yes!" and "yes" to "Yes"); simplify and clean-up code and formats, update images, etc., I do this on hollydays. About the options ShowPageHelp and ShowFieldHelp: This is to reduce info to display. Exson and his team begun to work with webERP in small devices; we tested without css (none.css), and it seems possible to operate webERP in small devices. One way to do not have additional statements for every field is to use a general style for ShowFieldHelp and JavaScript to exchange between both states (display/hide), but always the help text will be sent (more traffic). I'm just a user but I'd say project direction organic and determined according to developer need.
