i18n: add translation for `get_existing_node` structured error message.

fr_FR: improve revision log translation

!QuerySyntaxError should be a !TracError.

i18n: error page fixes (among other things, make the text gender neutral, #7767).

This also highlights a problem with the Genshi message extraction (#G299).
