Link to the restricted changeset from the revision log. Implements #4707.

Improve the layout for the TracRevisionLog. In particular, the wasted white space at the left of the preference panel is now grealy reduced. Fixes #4761.

Make the error message for unavailable !ExtensionOption a bit clearer. Fixes #4135.

Consolidation of consecutive changesets events sharing the same author and message, in the timeline. Implements #3421.

Optimize the retrieval of ticket summaries. In r4737 and r4743, the ticket summaries were produced using the ''resource'' even if we already had the text of the summary at hand. This proved to be quite slow.

Convergence of the ''history view'' for Wiki pages and Tickets.

datetime fixes:
- use more user-friendly titles for Timeline links (both for timeline: TracLinks and dateinfo ones)
- use more dateinfo links in the templates, in particular in the Ticket change history (fixes #4756)
- fix precision of `timeline:` TracLinks (the optional Z... part should be cut off)

Also related to #2182, as it anticipates the use of a 'datefmt' user setting.

TracTimeline navigation fixes:
- use the request's timezone for defining 'today' (#4758)
- keep the current ''daysback'' parameter in the navigation links
- fix the check for the ''Next period'' link (#4757)

Thanks to Sergei Haller for reporting those issues and providing a patch for #4757.

The ticket and wiki diff view are now using basically the same diff_view.html template. The wiki_diff.html template is only there to conditionally add a form to the generic one (as this was the only [diff:trunk/templates/ticket_diff.html@...//trunk/templates/wiki_diff.html@... difference]).

Even more convergence between the Ticket and Wiki diff views.
