Commit [r4764]  Maximize  Restore  History

The ticket and wiki diff view are now using basically the same diff_view.html template. The wiki_diff.html template is only there to conditionally add a form to the generic one (as this was the only [diff:trunk/templates/ticket_diff.html@...//trunk/templates/wiki_diff.html@... difference]).
