[Speed-dreams-devel] Update MPA1 Championship

Hi Kristof,

I just updated MPA1 championship with your resquest tracks.
So, I added milky-five, espie, brondehach, peters and push one track,
one speedway in championship.
I modified too system points, just 1 point for first racer in
qualification and 50 points for winner race.
Actually no system in raceengine for have 1 point if racer do one lap in
first and 2 points for racer that the largest number of turns in the leader.

Look this and said me if it's good for you ?

PS: actually system point manage 33 racers.
