Thanks for your feedback, much more confident with this "on the fly texture
substitution" now :-)

I'm close to make it work in my sandbox now ...
and will commit it in about 10 days ... after coming back from holidays :-)

As well as a first draft of the modified Driver select menu with car livery
selection and the long planned "Car selection" menu (based on your initial
design, Brian). Thus, we'll have something concrete to get feedback on.
