Sound engine not compatible with kubuntu 13.04

Hello,

Ik have installed this via a repository and it does not have sound because I cannot install
openal or freeglut3, I mean these two; PLIB 1.8.3 / 4 / 5
OpenAL soft 1.5.

I think the package is broken because of these incompatibilities.
