I have performed 10 additional test builds of revision 6601 on armhf and 
aarch64 architectures (5 builds each) using QEMU virtualization 
technology via 'guix build --system=architecture' command on GNU Guix. 
It took a lot of machine time since building in emulation mode may be 10 
times slower. I did not find any sign of non-reproducibility!

So, yes, it is seems like Reduce has become reproducible! I suppose the 
reproducible Reduce is much more attractive for developers and packagers 
from decent distributions and I hope it will become part of them soon. I 
am also glad that your efforts toward making Reduce reproducible 
resulted in a cleaner code.
