As it says in the title.
The bug - and a fix - were mentioned here. Seems to affect all demos for me, recorded or played back, all the way back to dos/win/glquake.
The fix in Mark V causes the camera to visibly jump to correct position right after level completion. The fix in Bengt Jardup's GLQuake (mentioned in the linked thread) doesn't suffer from this.
