doing great! I've learned php in the last week. I've played with every unstable release since I've been hooked on phpweblog about a week ago. How can I submit bug reports if I have to type into icq? :) Off topice Bug/Feature request... In a story, if you have a A HREF=url... you cannot append a target=_blank to it.. haven't looked it it yet, so I may post a fix in a bit. -----Original Message----- From: php...@li... Change in common.inc.php: $G_GD = 1 to $G_GD = 0 Your server lacks support for the gd library. this is required for image creation. The above boolean will disable use of the function. You mean you don't have link to phpMyAdmin in your admin screen? :) Thats how I've been doing most of my edititing. Not really archiving, but I was thinking of more a slashdot type poll. I was going to write a randomizer block (can you tell I love the feature? thanks for adding on the idea Jason) so that you only display one poll but it is randomize per page visit. -----Original Message----- From: php...@li... In common.inc.php There is logic there to print the "read more XX comments", but there is no code to read more if there are no comments. So you will only be presented with the summary and no link to the actual story. My fix in common.inc.php ------ WAS ------ if (!empty($sum) && $CONF["Comments"]>0 && $ncmts>0) { $s .= "\n
\n
\n<div \talign\t= right>\n"; $s .= sprintf("\n",$A["Rid"]); $s .= sprintf("read more (%s comments) >> \n",$ncmts); $s .= "
" . F_lastModified($A["Rid"]) .
