[Phphelpdesk-help] Unable to get a login prompt on the main page

I have installed the tool and confirmed the MySQL and include files however
when I select the login option the screen will refresh one time however the
login prompt is not displayed.

Did it work before you installed phpsat? I'm not familiar with phpsat, so
I'm not sure how it may affect it.

and it is a blank page. nothing comes up. I also ran the scripts for 
creating the database and putting the tables in place.

but in netscape it says nothing in document to display.

Please help me in this regard.

I downloaded and copied phphepldesk program in my apache root directory
whenever I call the program with my internet explorer, I am getting below
error. I am using windows NT workstation4.0, PHP 4, and Apache Version 1.3.
Can it works on this system?

Notice: Undefined variable: whattodo in c:\program files\apache
group\apache\htdocs\phphelpdesk\config\header.conf.php on line 8

this is my first post to the list so excuse me if it's been asked before.

In our scenario it is a must to be able to attach documents (M$ Word, PDF...
whatever) to have them as additional information for a given issue.
Furthermore, it must be also possible to retrieve the uploaded document from
above, given that it has been associated to a ticket/incidence.

In other words: I need an "Upload-File" when adding a new job and a
"Download-File" when viewing/updating it.

Has anyone managed to come to a solution for this issue??

How do I turn on the hours for a ticket? I noticed that in the examples when
you first install it shows the hours open when you view the ticket but now
all my new tickets aren't doing so. Am I missing something?

Could you please assist me in the following.

I've gone and setup PhpHelpdesk onto a Linux server.

Everything works perfectly but I would like to incorporate and escalation p=
art were I can log Jobs to certain people

So inturn the page sends and email to them and then when I select

Could you please assist me in the following.

I've gone and setup PhpHelpdesk onto a Linux server.

Everything works perfectly but I would like to incorporate and escalation p=
art were I can log Jobs to certain people

E.g

Engineer.
Web Designer.
Helpdesk.

So inturn the page sends and email to them and then when I select
     =20

Priority Low, Normal, High, Urgent

this should set a time to it=20
So what I would like to do is change this so that I select something like.

Priority    drop down menu giving options like.

                                30 min's
                                1   Hour=20
                                2   Hour's
                                Next day Response.

Then the tricky part how do I get this to escalate too this person again af=
ter the given time and to a certain person (Boss)
If the ticket ( job ) Status is still Open

Your assistance in this would be greatly appreciated=20

Check your web server error and access logs.

[Phphelpdesk-help] Mailing Config

How must i config the helpdesk to use the mailing option in it

I Wrote in the general.conf.php the mailingserver  an d the user and the
admin are know with there address on the server and in the helpdesk.

How can I write the userinfo to authenticate the mail on my mailserver
