#214 Minimising/Maximising problems

Since the 4.5.3.7 and newer versions, minimizing/maximising doesn't work correctly.
Howto reproduce:

-Start Browser
-Start PAC.
-Open a connection in PAC
-Try to switch back to the browser through the taskbar, this will not work.
The only way to switch is to minimize the PAC window.

same problem .but version is 4.5.5 ubuntu 12.04 LTS and 14.04.1 LTS

also experiencing keyboard focus problems of switching between rdp sessions.

If this is the same problem as bug 273 https://sourceforge.net/p/pacmanager/bugs/273/ try the fix I listed there.
