#966 Some exclusion rule edits don't take effect when closing window

When a new exclusion is being added (Exclusions in Project properties), and the user confirms it by clicking Ok button instead of hitting Enter key, the new line is added, but it's empty.
There was a similar bug with segmentation rules: [#886]

    Thanks Kos, this is fixed in [b4b4e4], the edited cell is taken into account when the dialog is closed.
