This will not happen unless you create a simple latex file that contains the basic functionality that you want. Also you will need to read up on how Word handles
fields so that you can explain to me how to distinguish endnotes from footnotes.
Coding support is not so difficult. The hard part is learning endnote.sty and figuring
out how to support it in RTF.
