Hi Sam, I also tested your setting with open camera on a ZTE Blade V9 (Android 8.1). The zooming in doesn't occur here. This device only has the old camera API. Also the zooming in doesn't occur in Galaxy A14 (Android 14). I followed the link to stackoverflow, and I agree to what is written there, i.e. the "Hardware vendors dictate how to handle the size and aspect ratio differences between the raw camera sensor resolution, the requested preview view and video capture sizes, and the subsequent processing...

hi, (I am the poster of the original post, but I cannot change the "anonymous" post to my account) we have a Samsung galaxy S20FE and a Samsung galaxy S22+. In both Smartphones, in open camera only the UW (ultra wide angle) and standard camera can be chosen in the open camera app. Not the tele (3x) camera, which however can be chosen in Samsung's camera app. Do I miss a setting?

you are right! I just replaced the tarball by latex2rtf-2.3.18a.tar.gz which should not contain the binaries any more.
