My OneDrive Synced database file was last edited by 2.61. On another computer with 2.61.1 I can open the file but upon saving get an error that says failed to save to file, it might be corrupted. After downgrading to 2.61 the Save starts working again.
Maybe the file is actually on OneDrive, not local?
Has Windows moved your Documents to OneDrive? Right click on Documents and select Properties. What is the Location?

Yes, My Documents is always moved to OneDrive and kept in sync with the cloud version. That is expected behavior. Can this be escalated to the Developer of the Project so that it can be replicated with logging and debugged.

The issue is more likely your machine, not KeePass.
Install 2.61.1 again and see if it still happens.
Install 2.61.1 on both machines and see what happens.
Turn off file transactions and test.
Tools > Options > Advanced. Scroll down to File Input/Output Connections and select Use file transactions for writing databases.

Not really. For starters I was on 2.61. Secondly, I was able to read the 2.61 file using 2.61.1, but when trying to save I was getting the error.

I can't see any changes in the log for 2.61.1 that would affect OneDrive. Are you sure it's not your machine playing up?
How are you saving to OneDrive?
cheers, Paul
The file is in My Documents folder and that's automatically synced with OneDrive. Windows 10 machine.
