Yes, My Documents is always moved to OneDrive and kept in sync with the cloud version. That is expected behavior. Can this be escalated to the Developer of the Project so that it can be replicated with logging and debugged.

The file is in My Documents folder and that's automatically synced with OneDrive. Windows 10 machine.

Not really. For starters I was on 2.61. Secondly, I was able to read the 2.61 file using 2.61.1, but when trying to save I was getting the error.
