#1592 Keepass window disappears with change in screen/resolution

I have noticed a problem with the Keepass window becoming inaccessible after a display change.

Setup:

• Windows 10 64-bit, latest version of KeePass 2.x
• Microsoft Surface Pro tablet that I use either freestanding or plugged into a USB 3.0 dock with video out (DisplayLink) to an external monitor

Steps to reproduce:

• Start computer with no external monitor
• Start KeePass minimized to notification areas and locked with a password
• Connect to external monitor
• Double-click notification area icon
• Two items appear on taskbar: "<filename>.kdbx [Locked]" and "Open Database - <filename>.kdbx"</filename></filename>
• Click on "Open Database" item selects it but does not display it--it appears to be offscreen

Hitting ESC, closing KeePass from the notification area, and restarting it fixes the issue: the new Open Database window appears in the correct location.
