#553 Boycot inactive after moving all items from colony warehouse
On the new turn overview, if there is possibility to enter the city in which "Boston tea party" would happen and to move all goods of the kind to ship or wagon train, following taxation window has no effect if "no taxation without representation" is selected - tax is not increased and items are not boycotted.
Maybe putting this window as first and unignorable one would be easiest solution.

If i remeber correct, this bug was also avaiable in the original game. The only differenz was that the produkt was still boycotted. i belive it would be good if the button "no taxation without representation" allways make a boycott of that good regardless how many goods are really dumped from the city
