#521 Abusing Tools

When i unequiped tools from my Free colonist he continued on chopping down the forest. he actualy finished it and gave me the wood but not used the tools he supposed to, though tools were already equiped on intentured servant and he was assigned elsewhere. This happened when i was chopping down the forest which my city was build on.
