#477 Selecting nations when starting a game.

So, I like the English and choose to be English. I start a new game, it goes bad in the beginning and I start a new game while this one is running. All goes well and as expected, except that when I choose English as my nation again, and start the game, I am Dutch. It seems there is a bug with the nation selection bit.
Hope this makes sense.
It is pretty reproducable - happens every time I do this.

Can not reproduce. Which operating system and java version are you using?

Using Windows XP SP2, and Java 6.

I have found afterwards that it looks like if you change the selection, then change it again to English, then it works OK. So there is an easy workaround if it is just me.
The strange thing is, when I drop-down the combobox, English is selected even though Dutch was displayed. If I go on to select English then, it is almost like it doesn't fire the event.
