#3404 Stuck black overlay screen when AI player contact during turn transition

If another player (AI) contacts you during the turn transition, the game remains stuck indefinitely behind the black overlay screen.
If you click "ok", the report for the following turn is displayed incorrectly.
If you click "cancel" everyting goes ok

instructions:
1) Load game
2) force end the turn
3) See the game remains stuck indefinitely behind the black overlay screen (problem 1)
4) Press "OK"
5) See the incorrect turn report format (problem 2)
