Version 1.2.0
Town accumulated 200+ food, 200 food was consumed, but no colonist was created. May be related to stables created on the same turn.
The town, popupation 19, had 181 food and was slated to create 22. As expected, next turn the town had 3 food, but as noted no colonist was created. Oddly, the turn report said "famine feared in <town>, Only one turns of food left", despite positive food storage and generation. No other town events other than stable creation and famine were reported (no attacks, anything).</town>
Previous turn had 150 horses, 6 were created; current turn, 156 horses, expecting 14, all as expected. Stables were built with 2 carpenters generating 32/turn, hitting exactly 64 hammers to create the stable.
I reran the previous turn, replicating the conditions in the same town, same thing happened. Ran it again, keeping as much as possible the same, except completed a different building (armory), and it worked as expected - 200 food deducted, colonist created, no 'famine' message.
Interestingly, I tried ithe turn one more time with stables created, but with more food (pulled non-farmers out of town until food was +34) and it worked as expected: -200f, col created, stables completed. So maybe the issue is some interaction between minimal food over 200 and stable creation (and major uptick in horse generation?)
Horses also require food, it sounds like something went wrong with the calculations, possibly the larger amount needed for horses was added to soon .
