The new graphic of Pioneer with tools is the same as without tools just with a very small pick axe.
If you play at high resolution and zoomed out it is very hard to tell them apart.
This change from the previous graphic is a mistake I believe it is makes the game less clear.
I spent 10 minutes on recreating the old pioneer graphics with higher quality:

Good enough?
BTW, I anticipated that some people might miss the old graphics I made in MS Paint almost 20 years ago:
It is hard to say without seeing it in play. However my first impression is that pick axe in new version is close to the body and does not stick out. My concern would be that it is not clearly visible. Sticking out pick axe was what made a difference between with tools and without.
Looking at those large graphics it is fine but when it is zoomed out in play I suspect it will not be clear.
I changed it into the exact same pose as in the old version. Is that not what you wanted?
...or would you like me to change it back into the version where the pickaxe is sticking out from the body (the version you originally complained about)?
I am sorry. My first comment was lazy I did not check in the game play just looked at pictures.
I have checked now and this version has solved the problem.
I have been playing this game for a very long time. It is interesting that I never looked properly what the graphics represent :)
Bug closed. Thank you
