After my empty privateer lost combat again a caravel (2 cargo), My privateer was return to europe for repair.
A domaged boat should return to my colony if I have a shipyard.
I agree this is wrong, but I am wondering where the combat took place? If it was a long way from your colonies, the privateer was sent to Europe because it was the nearest port-that-can-repair-ships, which would confirm that the path finding code is now much better at treating Europe as `just another destination'.
