#334 MIC is not affected suddenly

Ive been using apo for a while now and suddenly it stopped affecting my mic. tried troubleshooting it, reinstalled audio drivers, reinstalled apo, have enchanhements off and exclusivity off. Ive tried everything, I would assume its because of some windows 11 update, but dont know.

    You're right. Most of the time it's a Windows update. And you did the obvious steps: exclusive mode disabling and testing the 3 APO techniques. However, on Windows 11 there's another thing you should look at: access to the mic for apps. For this scroll down on the "Privacy and security" Windows settings page to open the mic access page. Over there, enable this access (see screenshot).

    Thank you, it seems like windows just blocked apo on using my mic after an update.

      It seems a possibility although I haven't encountered it myself. But currently I don't need to use Equalizer APO on my mic.
