I'm guessing this popup shows in the Configurator when you install Equalizer APO on this speaker or when you change some troubleshooting options for it. I'm not sure why this popup shows. The developer probably won't comment on it. But it might have to do with not having enough file writing rights or file creation rights. Such files are written to c:\program files\equalizerapo. Perhaps you can check if there already some backup_ files there. And you might try to run the Configurator with administrator rights (right click -> more -> run as administrator). Maybe that helps.
