I want in the next update of Equalizer APO to add light and DARK theme, this will help a lot because white is flashing my eyes everytime, make the app with a nicer GUI interface like to set a custom background or custom text color
Sorry to say that the developer isn't very active so a dark theme or a theme mechanism won't probably be implemented. Btw. for years I'm doing the most support while Juha and Etienne do their fair bit. Others chip in also.
Perhaps you could take a look at the Peace equalizer. It does have themes including downloadable dark themes (as shown in one screenshot on the website). It isn't perfect as the buttons will still be in the standard Windows color. Nonetheless it's more gentle to the eyes. Are you familiar with Peace? If not, it's easy and feature rich interface for Equalizer APO. Currently I'm working on the 62th update.

Add function to register and login for your account, then make a bar with
"explore" when you click it, users can upload apo plugins, settings, sets
(includes) and make you can download the files and you can even like it or
dislike it, with ratings and comments.

that is a lot of work and it will require a server/cloud of some sort to start with. which will store user accounts and data files
if its too hard, i have another suggestion:
make the premp, plugins, and the audio quality when using apo make it is
better and more "crisper" to sound very clear and nice
and one more thing, can i get the source code of the editor.exe ?
