I think we haven't seen this one before. I don't know what's about. The developer of Equalizer APO isn't very active so maybe the best thing to do is to look for another plugin.

That's unfortunate. Btw. Looking at the error it can be a rights issue of some sort. You have put the VST plugin into c:\program files\equalizerapo\vstplugins?
As most issues are related to licenses of plugins perhaps check out the license discussion of which this post offers one possible solution.

Try an older version like 8.23, I'm using ST but in its standalone version since it gives me problems with Eq Apo.
