What do you see in c:\program files\equalizerapo? And its subfolder "config"? The files as shown in the attached images should be there.

2 things might have happen. Equalizer APO may be uninstalled by an antivirus app. I had this several times with Avira. Or the contents of the Equalizer APO folder got sandboxes, again by an antivirus app.
