Every once in a while, (only when browsing the internet/YouTube, or on Spotify) there is a slow build up in the low end, then it suddenly jumps to what sounds about like 20-30+ decibels of bass. I can't tell exactly what frequencies its raising though. I don't have to reset any programs to fix it though. I simply have to pause whatever audio is playing, wait a few seconds, then when I resume playback, it returns to normal. I can't make out any patterns in its occurrence. It appears to be completely random.
Perhaps unchecking of the "Use original APO" checkboxes of the troubleshooting options (in the Configurator) for your audio device helps.
