My editor.exe doesnt start anymore. I tried multiple things now (reinstalling all Visual C++ I had on my PC, sfc /scannow, downloading "MSVCR120.dll" from somewhere else and dragging it in here, reinsatlled Equalizer Apo like 20 times and more... nothing helped... Is there anything that I can do to make it Run?

After uninstalling Equalizer APO you could try removing all traces of Equalizer APO:
    1. Empty and delete c:\program files\equalizerapo folder and
    2. delete registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EqualizerAPO and
    3. delete registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EqualizerAPO

Then install Equalizer APO with full rights.

Sorry, I don't have a good understanding of the programming code of Equalizer APO to determine what's going on. Unfortunately the error doesn't tell us much what's going on. At least it seems there's nothing wrong with MSVCR120.dll. It's the right version of the dll. And looking at your images everything is set as it should be. Although I've some doubts about the "16 bit CD audio" setting. It's a bit low but Equalizer APO shouldn't haveany problem with it.

Is there some watchdog program running which prevents reading and/or writing to the registry? An antivirus or firewall program?

Are you able to start the Configurator? If not, does it give the same error? If you can, you could use Peace as your interface instead of the Configurator Editor.

One small thing. Does the config.txt file contain something? It might be that the Configuration Editor crashes when reading it.
