When I try to use Vola2 in Equalizer APO it says "Library could not be loaded"

I really want to try Vola2 but cant figure out how to open it up in EqualizerAPO. please help
Perhaps Vola2 is a VST 3 plugin? Equalizer APO doesn't support VST 3. Maybe in the future?
Looking in the programming code of Equalizer APO it seems there are several points of loading failure. But there aren't any logging points of which we can determine the exact reason. On the other hand, one could say: either the plugin works or it doesn't. We can't doing anything to make a plugin to work.
