    Hello,

I have been using Equalizer APO this morning with my DT 7700 Pro's and everything worked fine. After i rebooted my pc the left side of my headphones is way more silent than the right side. the balance is completely off. It is the same on other devices when i plug the headphones in. Is this the headphones that stopped working or a software issue?
    Thanks for your help!

I am using Windows 11 and tested it out on my macbook pro aswell. The weird thing is that when i use the 'Test' output setting in the windows sound properties i do get an equal volume output on L & R side.

That's a new for me. I don't know if your issue has been discussed on this forum. It's indeed weird that the test output is working properly. Perhaps it bypasses Equalizer APO? Anyway, what user interface do you use? And how does your config file look like?

Maybe yeah. I am just using the onboard soundcard in my desktop pc.
I just reinstalled Equalizer APO and Peace so everything is just on default settings.
I thought doing a full on fresh install would fix things but thats not the case.

I also just tested it out on multiple devices and all of them have the issue. So i think my headphones will be faulty? Which would be a shame because i only have had them for 4 months.

If the issue is on multiple devices then that indeed would suggest that the headphones are faulty. But since you're using Peace it's possible to correct the issue by cranking up the pre amp for the left side. What I don't understand is that the left side is so more silent than the right. Have you tried some other headphones?
