i have no sound when equalizer apo is installed. it does work sometimes, but usually not. i am using a logitech headset, connected with a usb. if someone could help me, that would be great. also, if there's more info you need, just ask.

Are there any error messages in "C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Temp\EqualizerAPO.log", if it exists?

Your problem sounds as if there might be an incompatibility with the APO supplied by the sound driver. Please open the Configurator, enable the troubleshooting options, select the output device (by clicking on its connection name) and then uncheck the two checkboxes labeled "Use original APO" in the troubleshooting options. Then click OK and reboot.
